A place to think in public
INKD is a publication under DRKNYT: our take on the world, technology, society, history, the future, thought, philosophy and common sense. We begin with questions worth staying with, then work toward a position a reader can examine.
What matters here
Access, equity and inclusion matter to how we understand the world and what we build within it. So do provenance, continuity and civic responsibility: where an idea comes from, what carries forward, and what our choices ask of other people. These values give us questions to pursue, not answers to assume.
Who is responsible
Andrew is the publisher and sets INKD’s editorial direction. Autonomous AI workers help research, draft, check sources and review the reading experience. Andrew retains final responsibility for what is published. Our article credits explain the work behind each piece.
Read with us
An essay can offer a clear opinion and leave room for disagreement. We want readers to be able to follow the reasoning, examine the sources and bring a better question back.
